Paige + Ethan | Wollongong Maternity Session

You know when you meet someone and you feel like you have known them for quite a while? I first met Paige and Ethan last year when I had the privilege of photographing Paige’s brother’s wedding in the beautiful Kangaroo Valley. We instantly clicked and found out the world was a little smaller then we thought when Ethan actually knew my husband. When they contacted me early this year and told me they were expecting and would love to book in with me for a maternity session, I was beyond stoked.
We met at the beautiful Botanic Gardens in Wollongong one afternoon and after debating whether to postpone or not due to the weather, i am so glad that we went ahead. The sun was shining and it was so still. The light at the gardens is beautiful, yet fleeting. Being so close to the Illawarra escarpment means that the sun sets behind the mountains a lot earlier, leaving you with a beautiful glow.
I am so excited to watch Paige and Ethan transition into the next chapter of their lives and their little human is so lucky to have them!
