2018 + Its Stories

Each year, come December, I sit and reflect on the year that has been. This year was my biggest yet in regards to telling peoples stories and my heart is so incredibly full. Today I tasked myself the job of picking the images for my 2018 - year in review post and naively thought it wouldn’t take all that long. Well, let me tell you, it was not an easy task. This year I have photographed 52 weddings, and over 64 sessions. That is a lot of human beings, and a lot of stories. I’ve travelled to some of the most beautiful locations, cried with some of the most wonderful people, laughed a hell of a lot, and told some pretty woe-fully funny jokes.

Each year I think how lucky I am that this is my job. That spending time with people in love and meeting people from all over, is what I do for my living.

So here is a random snippet in to the world through my eyes. These aren’t the best of the best, but they are a mixture of beautiful, unique and unforgettable moments that I was privileged enough to be apart of with some of the most kind, warm and love filled souls. A collection of old folk, hopeless romantics, free-spirited small humans, sun drenched landscapes and tears.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, for what was my biggest year yet.
